Potential Buyer

If you did not find answers to your questions, please make sure you visit our online forums at our User Forum. Also, some of our products are available for 30 day free trials. When you register for these free trials of a product, you also gain access to additional product forums. If these forums also don't contain the answers you are seeking, please send an email to sales@amblit.com. The more information you provide with your question, the better, more accurate and timely our response will be.

Product Downloading

If you have NOT downloaded the product, please do so now. If you have registered (i.e., created a user account), when you log-in, you will be presented a list of operations, one of which is to download your previously selected products.

If you wish to download a product without registering (and gaining access to our product forums), then click here.

If you are having trouble downloading the product, and you have a firewall which will not allow you to directly download executable programs (i.e., programs ending with .exe file name extensions), then download the zipped version of the file from here. You will need another program to unpack the zipped file before you actually install it.

If your download is slow and/or times out, please try to download the program at a different time of the day (when the network is not so busy). We currently do NOT ship CD's of any of our products.

Just Purchased

To install any of our programs, simply double click on the downloaded program. If it is a zipped program and you have an appropriate unpack program, the program will be unpacked. If you have unpacked the programs and/or directly downloaded the installer program (i.e., a file with a .exe file name extension), then double click on the program, and answer the installation questions. Installation takes less than a minute if you don't read any of the supporting documents.

If you have a previous version of the program, only those components that have changed will be replaced. All of your personal information that you have stored in the program will be perserved. In most cases you will need a new registration number to run the new program version.

When you have installed the program, the first time you execute it, the installation will be complete and any new datasets will be incorporated into the program.

Existing User

Each product has feature demonstration videos here on this web site. Each product has extensive help built into each product through the help menu. If you cannot find an answer to a question through those sources, please review the appropriate product FAQ's after you have logged into the online forum. If you still can't find an answer to your question, either post your questions in the appropriate on-line support forum or send us an email at support@amblit.com. Please make sure to include your name, telephone number, email address with your question or a description of your problem. If you are having an operational problem, please make sure that you include sufficient details so that we may duplicate the problem prior to contacting you.
